Damascus Hills is a 300 hectare mixed-use development located in western Damascus, near the Lebanese border. The project will serve as home to 30,000 inhabitants and will feature approximately 7,500 homes, together with a range of retail, office, and hospitality uses. The project  been conceived to cater to Damascus’ burgeoning real estate market by creating an environment of exceptional quality that offers a 21st century mountain resort lifestyle.

Matrix Partnership was appointed to focus on the initial Phase I area, comprising 89 hectares. We worked closely with the client team to define the project vision, develop the concept and prepare a detailed masterplan backed by architectural design codes.
